Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in accordance with the law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 28 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
- If you wish to return any item, it must be in resalable condition and unused, including the original sealed and undamaged packaging.
- To make a return, print a copy of our returns form.
- List the items from your order you wish to return.
- Explain the reason for returning the item/items.
- Goods purchased on our website may be returned only after our former written authorization if the item/items in question pass the inspection, hereafter we will let you know as soon as possible if your return can be refunded or not.
- In the event that the return received by us proves to be compliant to be refunded, your order will be credited back to the original payment method.
- You must send the goods back to us, no later than 28 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order.
- We’ll only issue refund payments after the goods have been returned to us, withing receiving the goods back you send to us, no later than 28 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order.
- Before sending the goods, you’d like to return, complete the returns form on our website and let us know. When we receive your return form, we will message you about the return address as all our parts comes from different suppliers. We do not accept any returns at our head office.
- Once you receive written confirmation that we accepted your return, please insert a printed copy of the same returns form (completed), accompanying the return item/items that you want to send us back.
- If you receive the wrong item/items, damaged or defective we will refund you or replace the good/goods in question.
- We will refund the cost of postage charges if the reason for return where due an error on our part, otherwise you’ll need to meet the cost of postage.
- UK B2B LTD doesn’t accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit.
When returning products, please note:
- Goods that have been damaged or modified are excluded from exchange.
- If the original packaging has been damaged, the value of the packaging may be deducted from your refund.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM BY POST (ARRANGED BY YOU)
Return of any products
- You (the customer) are responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty) unless this has been specifically agreed upon and confirmed in writing in advance with the Customer Service Department.
- UK B2B LTD will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
If
- To return an item by post you will need to follow the instructions on the returns label included with your order, alternatively to help us to speed up your refund, please follow the steps below, it is very important to enclose the following information with your parcel to enable us to start processing your return within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please ensure you state your original order number, which can be found on the “My Orders” button. Without it, we will be unable to refund you.
- Clearly state the product code, quantity, and reason for return.
- We will let you know the return address in writing as each product’s return address may be different.
- Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund. We recommend that you select a suitable postage method that assures you for the value of the returned item (s).
- Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 28 days after the day you received all goods/services from us.
To cancel your order, you can message us from your www.bipparts.com account in the contact us section When you contact to us, please write your order number, and contact email. We will need to get in contact with you.
You must send the goods back to us, no later than 28 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order. We shall aim to refund you within 28 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided.
Note, we will reimburse you all payments received from you on the goods returned, this does not include the costs of delivery as our parts do not come with free delivery (except If the product you purchased is faulty or you received the wrong part).
Please take reasonable care of the goods as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of mishandling of the goods by you.
